To be honest, I had no intention of returning after 20 years of owning Response Marketing. I sold that business as I felt that the internet would take over, and that I needed different tools for these times. 

However I kept being contacted by my previous customers, and they missed having ideas, samples, thrown at them. They missed being grilled about what they needed, what was the intended use of each product.

For my part, I missed the camaraderie, the creativity, the search for the product that would make my customer stand out from the crowd.
